This programme equips participants with general business management knowledge and specific skill-sets which are crucial in healthcare and hospital management to keep pace with the growing needs of the healthcare industry. This programme offers participants with a blended learning experience via hands-on learning experience as well as multimodal teaching strategies including cases, simulations and discussions, which enhances their leadership talent in managing their expertise area in hospitals and health care.
