Simon is a senior bioinformatician at Melbourne Bioinformatics at the University of Melbourne. He has over 12 years experience in bioinformatics – mostly in microbial genomics, infrastructure development and bioinformatics training. Simon is currently the lead engineer of Galaxy Australia, a free, publicly available, web based platform for life sciences analysis.
