Dr Ramitha Arumugam is an Assistant Manager (Business Development) for Alterquo Sdn Bhd, a start-up dedicated to knowledge discovery through data science solutions. She previously worked as a Lecturer for the Bioinformatics undergraduate program at Asian Institute of Medicine, Science and Technology, Malaysia. She completed her PhD studies with University Putra Malaysia in 2019. Her research expertise includes Next-Generation Sequencing (NGS), telemedicine and medical informatics, wildlife studies and a budding interest in data science.
